<p class="jove_content">Presented is a protocol for the expansion of Gamma-Delta (&#947;&#948;) T cell drug product. Lymphocytes are isolated by elutriation and &#947;&#948;-enriched with zoledronic acid and interleukin-2. Alpha-beta T cells are depleted using a clinical-grade magnetic separation device. The &#947;&#948; cells are co-cultured with K562-derived, artificial antigen-presenting cells and expanded. </p>
