Isolation of Human Atrial Myocytes for Simultaneous Measurements of Ca²⁺ Transients and Membrane Currents

We describe the isolation of human atrial myocytes which can be used for intracellular Ca²⁺ measurements in combination with electrophysiological patch-clamp studies.

Here we describe optical acquisition and characterization of action potentials from induced pluripotent stem cell derived cardiomyocytes using a high-speed modular photometry system.
