Qi Fang obtained his Ph.D. in neuroscience from the University of Southern California,USA,working on the modulation of sensory processing and behavior via higher-order thalamic nuclei. Before that,he obtained his B.S. in biological science from Fudan University,China,where he studied the visual processing in cat. He is currently a senior research scholar at the Zilkha Neurogenetic Institute of the University of Southern California.
