Oscar Wong is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry, Chinese University of Hong Kong, where he also obtained his undergraduate medical degree. He completed his specialist training as a psychiatrist and is a fellow of the Hong Kong College of Psychiatrists since 2017.
Dr. Wong research interest lies in cognitive assessment and neurocognitive dysfunctions in psychiatric disorders. He has conducted research projects on Parkinson's disease patients to explore the relationship between eye movement parameters and cognitive decline. He also takes part in an on-going territory-wide epidemiological study on the mental health of children and adolescents in Hong Kong, investigating cognitive functions development as a mediator of clinical presentations in neurodevelopment disorders.
