Cerenkov Luminescence Imaging of Interscapular Brown Adipose Tissue

In this video report, we show the application of Cerenkov Luminescence Imaging (CLI) for interscapular brown adipose tissue in mice under activated and depressed conditions.

Here, we present a protocol to detect bacterial motility based on a color reaction. Key advantages of this method are that it is easy to evaluate and more accurate, and does not require specialized equipment.

A Sensitive Visual Method for the Detection of Hydrogen Sulfide Producing Bacteria
