La<em&gt; Drosophila</em&gt; Unión neuromuscular (UNM) es un sistema modelo establecido utilizado para el estudio del desarrollo sináptico y su plasticidad. El uso generalizado de la<em&gt; Drosophila</em&gt; Motor del sistema se debe a su gran accesibilidad. Se puede analizar con una sola célula de resolución. Hay 30 músculos por hemisegment cuya disposición dentro de la pared del cuerpo periférico se conocen.
