Imagerie TEP-FDG est une nouvelle option pour le diagnostic de rejet aigu. Le nombre de patients atteints de maladie rénale en phase terminale, et le nombre de receveurs d&#39;une allogreffe rénale augmente continuellement. Les épisodes de rejet aigu d&#39;allogreffe cellulaire (AR) sont un facteur de mauvais pronostic pour la survie de l&#39;allogreffe à long terme, et son diagnostic précoce est crucial pour la fonction allogreffe 1. À l&#39;heure actuelle, AR ne peut être définitivement diagnostiquée par biopsie à l&#39;aiguille-aiguille, qui, comme une méthode invasive, découvre un risque important de blessure ou même la perte du greffon. De plus, les biopsies ne sont pas réalisables chez les patients prenant des anticoagulants et le site d&#39;échantillonnage limité de cette technique peut entraîner des résultats faussement négatifs si l&#39;AR est focale ou inégale. En conséquence, cela a donné lieu à une recherche permanente de nouvelles méthodes de détection AR, qui doit souvent être fait chez les animaux, y compris l&#39;utilisation de différents modèles de transplantation. Depuis le début des années 60, la transplantation rénale de rat est une méthode expérimentale bien établie pour l&#39;examination et l&#39;analyse des AR 2. Nous ici présents en plus petit animal positron emission tomography (PET) avec 18 F-FDG (FDG) pour évaluer AR dans un uninéphrectomisés modèle transplantation rénale de rat allogénique et proposer imagerie FDG-PET greffe comme une nouvelle option pour un non-invasive, précise et le diagnostic précoce de l&#39;AR aussi pour la situation humaine 3. En outre, cette méthode peut être appliquée pour le suivi pour améliorer la surveillance du rejet de greffe 4.

Histologie Au cours de leucocytes AR, à savoir principalement les lymphocytes T sont recrutés dans la greffe, alors que la gravité du rejet se traduit par le degré d&#39;inflammation.
