O número de pacientes com doença renal em estágio final, eo número de pacientes transplantados renais aumenta continuamente. Episódios de rejeição do enxerto celular aguda (AR) são um fator prognóstico negativo para a sobrevivência do enxerto a longo prazo, e seu diagnóstico atempado é fundamental para a função do enxerto 1. No momento, AR só pode ser definitivamente diagnosticada por biópsia por agulha, que, como um método invasivo, descobre risco significativo de lesões ou até mesmo a perda do enxerto.
