Son dönem böbrek hastalığı olan hasta sayısı ve böbrek allogreft alıcı sayısı sürekli artmaktadır. Akut hücresel allogreft rejeksiyon (AR) atakları uzun süreli allogreft hayatta kalmak için olumsuz bir prognostik faktördür, ve zamanında tanı allogreft fonksiyonu 1 için çok önemlidir.
