Dört transkripsiyon faktörleri, Oct4, Klf4 ve ektopik ekspresyonu ile, Sox2 ve cMyc, insan somatik hücre sözde indüklenmiş pluripotent kök hücreleri (iPSCs) 1-4 üreten, bir pluripotent durum için dönüştürülebilir.
