investigating mast cell secretory granules; from biosynthesis to exocytosis

Direk Hücreler (MC) oluşan önceden ve yeni sentezlenmiş, alerjik iltihap ve bağışıklık mediatörler salgılayarak kendi fizyolojik ve patolojik fonksiyonlarını yerine bağışıklık sisteminin salgı hücreleri bulunmaktadır. MCnin arabulucular alerjik ve bağışıklık yanıtları sonuçlanan birden dokuları ve organları etkiler. MC aracıların sentezi, depolama ve serbest derece düzenlenir. Önceden oluşturulmuş arabulucular plazma zarı ile kaynaştırmak ve düzenlenmiş ekzositoz kendi içeriğini serbest sitoplazmik salgı granülleri (SG) paketlenir. SGS hedeflenen endojen SG aracıların yanında düzenlenmiş bir şekilde serbest bırakılan bir raportör gen ile ilgi konusu bir genin ortak ifadesine dayalı bir protokol, mevcut. protokol MC SG- analizleri ve tetiklenen ekzositoz için biyogeneze kendi zaman çizelgesini takip yüksek çözünürlüklü dört boyutlu konfokal sağlar.
