du tissu cardiaque humain héberge des populations de cellules précurseurs pluripotentes périvasculaires qui peuvent être appropriés pour la régénération du myocarde. La technique décrite ici permet l'isolement et la purification simultanée de deux populations de cellules stromales pluripotentes associées aux vaisseaux sanguins d' origine, c. -à- CD146 + CD34 - péricytes et les cellules CD34 + CD146 - cellules de l' adventice, du myocarde humain.
