tejido cardíaco humano alberga poblaciones de células precursoras multipotentes perivasculares que pueden ser adecuados para la regeneración miocárdica. La técnica descrita aquí permite el aislamiento simultáneo y purificación de dos poblaciones de células estromales multipotentes asociados con vasos nativos sangre, es decir CD146 + CD34 - pericitos y CD34 + CD146 - células adventicias, desde el miocardio humano.
