נוגדנים titers משמשים כסמני הפונדקאית להגנה סרולוגית נגד שפעת, פתוגנים אחרים. מידע מפורט על ייצור נוגדנים מראש, שלאחר חיסון נדרש להבין חסינות חיסון-induced. מאמר זה מתאר פרוטוקול נקודה-מאת-נקודת אמין לקביעת נוגדן ספציפי שפעת titers. הפרוטוקול הראשון מתאר שיטה כדי לציין הכמויות אנטיגן הדרושים עבור hemagglutination, דיפרנצילי המשקלל הריכוזים לשימוש עוקבות בפרוטוקול השני (hemagglutination assay, HA assay). פרוטוקול השני מתאר כימות של נוגדנים ספציפיים שפעת titers נגד זנים ויראלי באמצעות טורי לדילול האדם סרום או תא תרבות supernatants (hemagglutination עיכוב assay, HI assay).
