Um protocolo é apresentado para preparar polivinil álcool-co-itacónico ácido hidrogel com rigidez diferentes, que foram enxertados com e sem oligopeptídeos, para investigar o efeito da rigidez dos biomateriais na diferenciação e proliferação de células-tronco. A rigidez do hidrogel era controlada pelo tempo de reticulação.
