Aqui detalhamos um método para a imagem latente de célula viva de exocitose regulada. Este método utiliza FITC-dextrano, que acumula em organelas lisossoma-relacionados, como repórter. Este método simples também permite distinguir entre diferentes modos de exocitose regulada em células que são difíceis de manipular geneticamente.
