選択したソフトウェアの感度がTX-MSの感度に匹敵する限り、代替ソフトウェアアプリケーションを使用して同等の結果を達成することができます。たとえば、RosettaDock、HADDOCK などのオンライン バージョンがあります。また、xQuest/xProphet 5,6、plink7、および SIM-XL26 を使用して化学架橋データを解析することもできます。

quaternary structure modeling through chemical cross-linking mass spectrometry: extending tx-ms jupyter reports

図1 は、M1とアルブミンの構造例を示しており、その構造上にトップXLがマッピングされています。TX-MSはhrMS1、DDA、DIAデータを解析した後にすべてのXLを取得し、RosettaDockプロトコルは計算モデルを提供しました。
