환자 유래 이종이식(PDX) 종양 청크는 인간 질환의 이질성을 회수할 수 있으며, 조직학적및 면역학적으로기원10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20, 20,21, 22 ,23,24,25,26,27,28, 29. 중요하게도, PDX 모델은 연공서학, 전사, 프로테아메 및 게놈분석10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20, 21,22에 의해 입증된 바와 같이 여러 이식에 걸쳐 전형적으로 안정되어있습니다. ,23,24,25,26,27,28, 29. PDX 모델은 임상적으로 관찰된 것과 비교하여 치료 반응을 나타내며,10,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,21,22,23,24, 25,26,27,28,29. 에스트로겐 수용체 양성(ER+),프로게스테론 수용체 양성(PR+),표피 성장 인자 2 양성(ERBB2+,HER2+)및 삼중 음성 유방암(TNBC) PDX 모델을 위한 PDX 모델이 확립되었으며, 내분비, 화학요법 및 표적 요법을 테스트할 수 있는 우수한 플랫폼을 제공한다. 그러나, 현재 PDX 모델의 한 가지 주요 주의 사항은 마우스에 기능성 면역 계통의 부족이다.
