Faltan modelos integrales in vitro que recapitulen fielmente la enfermedad humana relevante. El presente estudio presenta la creación y cultivo de esferoides tumorales tridimensionales (3D), una herramienta in vitro fiable para estudiar la interacción tumor-estroma en el carcinoma hepatocelular humano.
