G-protein then modulate levels of second messenger, such as cyclic adenosine monophosphate, an acetol tri phosphate, and DYL glycerol to monitor leukotriene B four mediated cell migration in real time bone marrow derived dendritic cells or B MDCs are imaged while likened is delivered via controlled flow from a micro pipette.
