Chien-Kuo Lee is a Professor in the Graduate Institute of Immunology, National Taiwan University College of Medicine. He received a Ph.D. degree in 1998 at New York University School of Medicine, USA.
Dr. Lee did his postdoctoral trainings at NYUSM and National Institute for Medical Research, UK (1998-2002). He has been interested in cytokine signal transduction and unveiling the roles of type I IFN and its downstream signal mediators, particularly STAT1 and STAT3, in immunomodulation, including dendritic cell development and functions, B cell differentiation and antiviral response.
