For my PhD project I am working on the establishment of stable human suspension cell lines for the production of virus-like particles (VLPs). The aim of my project is the characterization of potential VLP-based vaccine candidates. Therefore, I am interested in the qualitative examination of the produced VLPs regarding their antigen display, which is crucial for later epitope recognition by neutralizing antibodies.
