1. 流体の調製
この実験研究には、ポリマーフリー、粘弾性、2成分、界面活性剤ベースの流体システムが使用されています。この流体システムは、油圧破砕処理44,45のための多くの生産分野で石油およびガスの井戸で使用されています。この流体システムは、光学的に透明であり、2つの成分の濃度と割合を体系的に変化させることによって制御することができるため、この研究に使用されます。この流体系は、A成分としてアニオン性界面活性剤(キシレンスルホン酸ナトリウムなど)とカチオン界面活性剤(N、N、N-トリメチル-1-オクタデカモニウムクロリド)を成分Bとして構成する。

</ol>2. 無限流体における沈降速度の測定
直径のガラス球は1~5mmまでです。
<ol><li>高解像度の顕微鏡を使用して、ガラス球の直径を測定します。球体が滑らかなサーフェスを持ち、ほぼ完全な球であることを確認します。</li>
	<li>粒子の直径が25倍以上のガラス容器に液体を保管して、閉じ込め壁が粒子の沈降速度に影響を及ぼさないようにします。</li>
	<li>実験室の温度計を使用して室温と流体温度を記録します。沈降実験を行う温度で液体のレオロジー測定を行う必要があるため、温度の測定は重要です。</li>
	<li>メータースティックを容器の横に置きます。</li>

</ol>平行壁間の流体の沈降速度の測定
平行壁の存在下での沈降速度を測定するために、プレキシグラスから成る2つの実験細胞が使用される。
<ol><li>セルの設計と構築を行う際には、壁が滑らかで完全に平行であることを確認します。平行な壁に直交する壁の効果がないように、セルの縦横比を低く保ちます。注: この研究では、2 つのセルの壁間のギャップは、それぞれ 3.6 mm と 8 mm です。 図2 は、1つの実験細胞の概略を示す。</li>
	<li>液体でセルを充填し、入口/出口ポートを通して細胞内の粒子を穏やかに放出します。入口/出口ポートをゴム栓で密封し、粒子が細胞の中央に到達するまで沈着するようにします。</li>

</ol>4. 流体のレオロジー特性

	<li>せん断速度を0.1~800秒-1 に変更し、10ポイント/10年で測定します。カップの温度が、同じ流体で沈降実験を行った時と同じであることを確認します。 図 3 は 、対数対数のプロット上の 1 つの流体サンプルの粘度対せん断率を示しています。</li>
	<li>同じ流体について、粒子が沈降実験で遭遇したせん断速度の範囲を計算します。2V/d p20,23で定義された表面平均粒子せん断速度を使用し、ここでVは粒子の沈降速度であり、dpは粒子径である。</li>
	<li>粘度対せん断速度プロット上のこの範囲のせん断速度で、パワーロー曲線 μ=Kγn-1を適合させる。対数のプロットでは、この適合は直線になります。パラメータ K (フロー整合性インデックス) と n (フロー動作インデックス) を決定します。 K および n は、流体の粘度を定量化する。 図 3 は、同じプロットに適合するパワー則を示しています。</li>
	<li>0.1~100 rad/secの周波数範囲で動的振動せん断測定を行い、弾性率 、G'および粘性 係数G''を測定します。10ポイント/10年で測定を取ります。 図 4 は、流体サンプルの G' と G' を示しています。</li>
	<li>このデータから 2 つのモジュライG''/G' の比率を計算します。回帰分析を使用して、Maxwell モデルに対するモジュライの比率を適合させ、流体の緩和時間(λ)を計算します。Maxwell モデルの 2 つのモジュライの比率の式は46,47 です。</li>

5. 無限の沈降速度に対する弾性の影響の決定
<ol><li>「∞VE」が非閉じ込め粘弾性流体を指すV∞VE」による、無限流体中の粒子の実験的沈降速度を示す。この実験の沈降速度を、パワー則パラメータに基づいて算出された明らかな粘度データに基づいて計算された沈降速度(V∞INEL)と比較します。ルノーらによって開発された表現を使用してください。V∞INELを計算する場合は1。式については、「はじめに」セクションで説明します。'∞INEL' は、閉じ込められていない非弾性流体を指します。</li>

</ol>6. 平行壁の減衰効果を沈降速度に定量化する
<ol><li>壁率を計算し、平行な壁の存在下で定音速度を分割して所定の直径の粒子に対するFw、V∞VEを、無限の流体における沈降速度に分割すると、V∞VE。 </li>
	<li>所定の流体について、壁の係数を、粒子径対壁間隔 比の関数としてプロットします。 図7 は、いずれかの流体に沈降する粒子の壁因子を示す。プロットは、閉じ込める壁の減衰効果を沈降速度に定量化するのに役立ちます。壁係数を下げ、壁面の遅滞効果を高くします。</li>
