프로토콜

1. 압력 셀을 설계, 검증 및 가공합니다.

1. 물방울에서 수화물 형성의 직접 시각화를 허용하도록 셀을 설계합니다. 셀에 시스루 사파이어 창이 있는 주 챔버와 유체/가스 입구, 출구, 빛 및 전선용 4개의 포트가 있는지 확인합니다(그림1). 엔지니어링 설계소프트웨어(보충 도면 S1)에서최종 설계를 작성합니다.
2. 압력 셀이 고압 작업 하에서 안전한지 확인하려면 시뮬레이션 소프트웨어를 사용하여 유한 요소 분석을 수행합니다.
   1. 엔지니어링 설계 소프트웨어에서 풀 사이즈 압력 셀 모델을 시뮬레이션 소프트웨어에 입력합니다.
   2. 400 GPa의 영의 계수를 할당하고 푸아송의 비율0.29 사파이어 창에 할당합니다.
   3. 모든 스테인레스 스틸 부품의 경우 190 GPa의 영계와 푸아송의 비율 0.27로 스테인레스 스틸 316을 할당합니다.
