Here, we describe the procedure for a pilot study to explore the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation with different frequencies (1 Hz/20 Hz/40 Hz) on Aβ and tau metabolism in rhesus monkey cerebrospinal fluid.
This protocol introduces dual-dye optical mapping of mouse hearts obtained from wild-type and knock-in animals affected by catecholaminergic polymorphic ventricular tachycardia, including electrophysiological measurements of transmembrane voltage and intracellular Ca2+ transients with high temporal and spatial resolution.
This study has established a stable and efficient method for the isolation, culture, and functional determination of vascular wall-resident CD34+ stem cells (CD34+ VW-SCs). This easy-to-follow and time-effective isolation method can be utilized by other investigators to study the potential mechanisms involved in cardiovascular diseases.
