Bei den GABA(A)-Rezeptor eine niedrige Konzentrationen von Etomidat die hemmende Wirkung von GABA auf spezifische Bindung der geschlossenen Kanal Ligand [(3) H] Ethynylpropylbicycloorthobenzoate ([(3) H] EBOB). Hier pr&auml;sentieren wir SARs f&uuml;r Etomidat und strukturell verwandten Verbindungen dieser Effekt zu induzieren. In Ermangelung von GABA, &auml;hnlich wie SARs, aber 14 - 20 mal schw&auml;cher Potenzen wurden beobachtet. Wir diskutieren diese SARs im Vergleich zu den viel h&ouml;heren Potenzen dieser Verbindungen als Inhibitoren der 11beta-Hydroxylase.

Struktur-Wirkungs-Beziehung von Etomidat-Derivate an der GABA(A)-Rezeptor: Vergleich mit Bindung an 11beta-Hydroxylase.

Presso il recettore GABA(A), basse concentrazioni di etomidate potenziare l&#39;effetto inibitorio del GABA sul legame specifico del canale chiuso ligando [3 H] ethynylpropylbicycloorthobenzoate ([(3) H] EBOB). Presentiamo qui, SARs per etomidate e composti strutturalmente correlati indurre questo effetto. In assenza di GABA, SARs simili, ma 14 - 20 volte pi&ugrave; deboli potenze sono state osservate. Discutiamo di queste SARs in confronto le potenze molto pi&ugrave; elevate di questi composti come inibitori di 11beta-idrossilasi.

At the GABA(A) receptor, low concentrations of etomidate potentiate the inhibitory effect of GABA on specific binding of the closed channel ligand [(3)H]ethynylpropylbicycloorthobenzoate ([(3)H]EBOB). Here, we present SARs for etomidate and structurally related compounds inducing this effect. In the absence of GABA, similar SARs, but 14-20 times weaker potencies were observed. We discuss these SARs in comparison to the much higher potencies of these compounds as inhibitors of 11beta-hydroxylase.

En el receptor GABA(A), bajas concentraciones de etomidato potencian el efecto inhibitorio de GABA en la uni&oacute;n espec&iacute;fica de la canal cerrado ligando [3 H] ethynylpropylbicycloorthobenzoate ([3 H] EBOB). Aqu&iacute;, presentamos SARs por etomidato y compuestos estructuralmente relacionados inducir este efecto. En ausencia de GABA, SARs similares, pero 14 - 20 veces m&aacute;s d&eacute;biles potencias fueron observados. Discutimos estas SRAS en comparaci&oacute;n con las potencias mucho m&aacute;s altas de estos compuestos como inhibidores de 11beta-hidroxilasa.
