Jing Hao is a post-doctoral fellow at Cancer Biology Department of Lerner Institute in Cleveland Clinic, USA. She studied Clinical Medicine in China and graduated in 1997 with a MD from Xiangya medical school in Changsha, Hunan Province, China. She was enrolled as a Ph.D. candidate in Toxicology program at Rutgers University in New Jersey USA at 2003. She finished her dissertation on esophageal adenocarcinoma chemoprevention study in 2008 and obtained her Ph.D. later the same year. As a post-doctoral fellow she was previously trained in NCI-Frederick and the George Washington University.

Jing Hao is interested in explore the molecular events in carcinogenesis, therapy resistance and translate the basic research of cancer into clinically relevant therapeutic measures.
