Jesse is a bioengineering PhD candidate in Adam Abate's lab at UCSF. His work centers around using microfluidic tools to develop high throughput single-cell analysis techniques. He received his B.S. in Biomedical Engineering in 2015 from Northwestern University, where he worked with Lonnie Shea's lab in developing drug-eluting biomaterial scaffolds for the treatment of Type 1 Diabetes.
