Here, we present a protocol to describe a minimally invasive technique for knee joint immobilization in a rat model. This reproducible protocol, basing on muscle-gap separation modus and the mini-incision skill, is suitable for studying the underlying molecular mechanism of acquired joint contracture.
This work presents a protocol for establishing a cell suspension culture derived from tea (Camellia sinensis L.) leaves that can be used to study the metabolism of external compounds that can be taken up by the whole plant, such as insecticides.
The present protocol describes the contamination of pyrrolizidine alkaloids (PAs) in tea samples from PA-producing weeds in tea gardens.
Presented here is a method for enriching and analyzing the volatile components of tea extracts using solvent-assisted flavor evaporation and solvent extraction followed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, which can be applied to all types of tea samples.
