Matteo Gasbarri is a PhD student in Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, in the Supramolecular Nanomaterials and Interfaces Laboratory (SuNMIL) under the supervision of prof. Francesco Stellacci, working on antiviral nanomaterials.
He received a Bachelor Degree in Materials Science from University of Rome "Tor Vergata" in 2014. He then started his Master in Materials Science and Technology in the same university, during which he spent 6 months in University of Technology of Eindhoven (TU/e). In 2016 he joined the Center for Hybrid and Organic Electronic (CHOSE) where he completed his Master thesis under the supervision of prof. Thomas M. Brown working on flexible perovskite solar-cells. In 2017 he moved to Poland where he worked for Saule Technologies, developing the new generation of perovskite photovoltaic.
In September 2017 he started his PhD in EPFL, Switzerland.
