Chih Wei Chen is an engineer from Point Robotics Medtech Inc., which is a startup company focus on the development of robot-assisted navigation surgery of spine field. During his master thesis, Chih Wei Chen focused on computer-assisted navigation surgery to improve the disadvantage of related navigation systems.
After took his master’s degree in biomedical engineering of National Taiwan Unerversity, he went to the company and then taking responsibility for innovative product design to make surgery become more safe, easier and more effective, especially in mechanism of robots and implants.
