</ol>2. 収集したサンプルの固定

</ol>7. 毛様の放牧率の推定
<ol><li>トレーサーの平均数の変化(すなわち、インキュベーション時間(5〜15分)に関連する毛様化当たりFLB8)とFLBのトレーサー量に基づいて細菌に対する毛様の取り込み率を計算し、全細菌の5%~15%を占める。</li>
	<li>異なるプロテチスタン種間の取り込み率を比較するために、取り込み速度を1時間当たりの細菌数として正規化し、実際のインキュベーション時間とトレーサーFLBの割合に基づく計算を加えた。 注:FLB法アプリケーションの一般的なスキームは、天然サンプル中の細胞または種特異的およびバルクバクテリア率の両方を推定する図1に示されている。</li>
	<li>細菌株から淡水環境へのFLBの調製8<ol>

	<li>毛様性細菌の推定のためのトレーサー技術<ol>
<li>自然なプランクトン生息地での放牧実験では、300 mLサンプルを十分にすすりすいで1Lフラスコに分配し、15分間その中の温度でインキュベートします(プロティストがハンドリングショックから回復できるようにします)。</li>
