Evaluating Regional Pulmonary Deposition using Patient-Specific 3D Printed Lung Models

We present a high-throughput, in vitro method for quantifying regional pulmonary deposition at the lobe level using CT scan-derived, 3D printed lung models with tunable air flow profiles.
