Daehan Kim is a graduate student in the Mechanical Engineering Department at Chung-Ang University, Seoul, Republic of Korea. He received a Bachelor's degree with Mechanical Engineering at Chung-Ang University. He is currently receiving guidance from Professor Joong Yull Park's lab.
His research interests include microfluidics, membrane science, and biomechanics. During his master's courses, he attended several conferences, including SelectBio and ICMMI and presented his research achievements. He studied the 'Floating-on-water method', a method of making polydimethylsiloxane membranes on the surface of the water, and published in the journal. And he worked on the generation of three-dimensional cell spheroids in unusually shaped microwells with Greek character 'sigma' shapes.
