Rewiring Neuronal Circuits: A New Method for Fast Neurite Extension and Functional Neuronal Connection

This procedure describes how to rapidly initiate, extend and connect neurites organized in microfluidic chambers using poly-D-lysine-coated beads fixed to micropipettes that guide neurite elongation.
