Here, we present a protocol to study the relationship between the eye movement parameters and cognitive functions in non-demented Parkinson's disease patients. The experiment used an eye tracker to measure the saccadic amplitude and fixation duration in a visual search task. The correlation with performance in multi-domain cognitive tasks was subsequently measured.

We provide detailed methods for generating four types of tissues from human mesenchymal stem cells, which are used to recapitulate the cartilage, bone, fat pad, and synovium in the human knee joint. These four tissues are integrated into a customized bioreactor and connected through microfluidics, thus generating a knee joint-on-a-chip.

This protocol can be applied to study RC injuries and assess regenerative therapies.

Here, we present a protocol to compare A1 pulley reconstruction with traditional release surgery in treating a trigger finger, revealing enhanced outcomes and patient satisfaction through the Michigan Hand Outcomes Questionnaire.
