微RNA(miRNA)已成为癌症和转移的重要细胞调节因子(肿瘤抑制因子,促致癌因子)。大多数已发表的研究在表征小RNA在癌症中的作用时都集中在单个miRNA上。然而,约30%的人miRNA基因被组织在通常共表达的簇状单元中,表明非编码RNA调控系统复杂且协调。在将非编码小RNA翻译到临床之前,需要更清楚地说明簇状miRNA网络如何协同工作以调节肿瘤生长,癌症侵袭性和耐药性。
