This article provides a detailed protocol for the preparation and evaluation of monoclonal antibodies against natural products for use in various immunoassays. This procedure includes immunization, cell fusion, indirect competitive ELISA for positive clone screening, and monoclonal hybridoma preparation. The specifications for antibody characterization using MALDI-TOF-MS and ELISA analyses are also provided.

ProtProm analysis was applied to show the unique secondary and tertiary structures of PN. Furthermore, the PN gene was cloned from transcriptome to verify the reliability of RNA-Seq results.

Various animal models of pulmonary fibrosis have been established using bleomycin to clarify the pathogenesis of pulmonary fibrosis and find new drug targets. However, most pulmonary fibrosis models targeting lung tissue have uneven drug administration. Here, we propose a model of uniform pulmonary fibrosis induced by nasal bleomycin nebulization.

This study integrated magnetic resonance imaging- arterial spin labeling images to derive cerebral blood flow (CBF) atlas for cerebral functional regions. Comparing typical healthy and chronic cerebral ischemia CBF atlases revealed significant differences in regional CBF distributions, enabling rapid, noninvasive assessments of functional CBF to assist in diagnosis and evaluate therapeutics.

This article presents a method for real-time, quantitative monitoring of calcium ion (Ca2+) concentrations in cells using single-cell Ca2+ imaging with the Fura-2/AM dye. This technique enables efficient dye loading and accurate calculation of Ca2+ levels through fluorescence intensity ratios, making it a simple and rapid approach for research applications.

The technique displayed all 19 ASDS variables simultaneously, revealing distinct stress patterns between healthy controls and caregivers while demonstrating significant improvements post-intervention in hyperarousal and avoidance symptoms.
