Isolation and Analysis of Plasma Lipoproteins by Ultracentrifugation

Several methods have been used for analyzing plasma lipoproteins; however, ultracentrifugation is still one of the most popular and reliable methods. Here, we describe a method regarding how to isolate lipoproteins from plasma using sequential density ultracentrifugation and how to analyze the apolipoproteins for both diagnostic and research purposes.

Cerebral organoids provide unprecedented opportunities for studying organ development and human disease pathology. Although great success has been achieved with cerebral organoid culture systems, there are still operational difficulties in applying this technology. The present protocol describes a cerebral organoid procedure that facilitates medium change and organoid transfer.

This protocol describes a pregnancy and feeding management technique for embryo-transferred and genetically modified rabbits, aimed at reducing newborn rabbit mortality and enhancing the preparation efficiency of gene-edited rabbits.
