プロトコル

1. 抗CD4 ⁺ biotinlayted表面とマイクロ流体チャネルを準備します。
2. シリンジポンプとマイクロ流体チャネルに5ml /分でサンプルの血液10mlを注入する。
3. PBSで20分間20ml /分で血を洗い流す。
4. 15分間5ul/minで希釈FACS溶解溶液を（PBSで原液から10％に希釈）を注入。
5. 15分間インキュベートする。
6. 20分間5ml /分で一次CD3 ⁺抗体溶液を（PBSで原液から10％に希釈）を注入。
7. 2時間インキュベートします。
8. 15分間を5 ml / minでPBSでチャンネルを洗い流す。
9. 同時に20分間、5ml /分で20％AF488 CD4 ⁺抗体、0.2％DAPI原液、および10％の二次CD3 ⁺抗体を注入する。
10. 20分間インキュベートする。
11. 15分間を5 ml / minでPBSでチャンネルを洗い流す。
12. 蛍光顕微鏡下で細胞を数える。
    1. ホワイト（光） - 黒と白：セルとほこり
    2. UV（DAPI） - 青：セルのみ
    3. ブルー（CD4 ^+） -緑：T -リンパ球と単球
    4. グリーン（CD3 ^+） -赤：T -リンパ球のみ
