Enhancement of Facial Rejuvenation Through a Combination of 1565 nm Non-Ablative Fractional Laser with 30% Supramolecular Salicylic Acid

My research focuses on facial rejuvenation, and I want to translate cleaning experience into evidence-based medical results through cleaning trials. Currently, several clinicians have implemented the use of 30%supramolecular salicylic acid, immediately following 1, 565 nanometer non-ablative fractional laser treatment. Discovering that this combined approach outperforms the sole application of 1, 565 nanometer non-ablative fractional laser, our research validates this finding and further demonstrates that the distinct advantage of this combined therapy nicely its effectiveness in resolving pigmented and reddened areas.

Our method can reduce the incidence of post laser pigmentation and expedite feeding post laser arrhythmia. Moreover, the combined treatment also reduces the number of hospital visits for patients. Rinse the face with physiological saline immediately when the endpoint reaction appears, or within 10 minutes of application. For post-treatment care, apply cold saline gauze to the patient's face for 30 minutes, followed by moisturizing and repairing products. A significant improvement in facial pores and wrinkles was observed in laser alone therapy, as well as the combined therapy with salicylic acid treatment.

However, a more effective reduction in redness was evident after the combined therapy by day 30. The clinical scoring for female facial aging also indicated significant benefits from both the treatments with the combination therapy achieving better outcomes than the laser alone.
