Dieses Protokoll umfasst drei Teile: Bakterienkultur, Maus Magensonde und Nachweis von Salmonellen. 1. Repräsentative Ergebnisse. Wenn das Protokoll korrekt geschehen ist, kann Salmonella typhimurium Kolonisierung in der Maus Darm mehr als 6 Monaten nachgewiesen werden. Salmonellen könnten durch fäkale Kultur über 6 Monate (Abb. 1) festgestellt werden. Als typisches aus diesem Modell kommen, wiegen Körper Verlust und Tod auftreten innerhalb von 4 Wochen nach der Infektion.
