Cellule stromali regolano il reclutamento dei leucociti circolanti durante l&#39;infiammazione attraverso il cross-talk con le cellule endoteliali vicine. Le colture sono state stimolate con fattore di necrosi tumorale alfa (TNF) per 4 ore e incorporati in un saggio di adesione a base di flusso. Un bolo di neutrofili è stato perfusosopra l&#39;endotelio per 4 min. La cattura di fluire neutrofili e le loro interazioni con l&#39;endotelio è stata visualizzata mediante microscopia in contrasto di fase. In entrambi i modelli, citochine stimolazione aumentata endoteliale reclutamento di neutrofili scorre in modo dose-dipendente.
