This method accurately defines calreticulin mutations in patients with suspected hematologic condition, especially where other diagnostic options are limited or there is an overlap with non-hematologic conditions. From the well table, select a control well to highlight the corresponding melt curve in the analysis plots and confirm that the color of the line corresponds to the correct genotype.
