<p class="jove_title">Reverse Transcriptase Reaction</p>
<p class="jove_content">Turn heating block to 70-80&deg;C and 42&deg;C. Water baths can also be used in this step. If using heating blocks, put some water so that the heat is uniform.</p>

<li>Priming reaction<ol>
<li>Take 3 &mu;g of RNA</li>
<li>Adjust volume to 13 &mu;l with RNase free water</li>
<li>Add 2.5 &mu;l of random hexamer primers (2mg/mL)</li>

<li>Mix well and incubate at 70-80&deg;C for 8 minutes. Then, place on ice for 5 min.</li>
