引言

研究方案

1. 样品制备

1. 本研究以甘肃省闽县海拔 2800 m 海拔 2800 m 的 2 年生 中华曲霉 为试验材料。从中选择三种以上的植物进行实验。首先用消毒水冲洗根部，然后用酒精喷雾器或酒精棉签清洁它们，以防止可能影响实验结果准确性的污染。使用消毒的手术刀将根切成小于 5 毫米的块，并混合以供进一步分析。（图 2）。
