On-Chip-Linsen auskommt Bildgebung in der allgemeinen Ziele zu sperrig Objektiv-basierten optischen Mikroskopen mit einfacheren und kompakteren Bauformen zu ersetzen, insbesondere für das Hochdurchsatz-Screening-Anwendungen. In die gleiche Richtung, hier zeigen wir eine On-Chip Fluoreszenzmikroskopie Modalität, zB &lt;4 &amp;mgr; m räumliche Auflösung über einen ultra-wide field-of-view (FOV) von&gt; 0,6-8 cm 2 erreichen können, ohne die Verwendung von Objektiven , mechanisch-Scan-oder Dünnschicht-basierte Interferenzfilter. In dieser Technik wird Fluoreszenzanregung durch ein Prisma oder halbkugelförmige-Glas-Grenzfläche durch einen inkohärenten Quelle beleuchtet erreicht. Nach der Interaktion mit dem gesamten Objekt Volumen, das ist Anregungslicht von total-interne Reflexion (TIR) ​​Prozess, der an der Unterseite der Probe mikrofluidischen Chip auftretende wird abgelehnt. Die Fluoreszenzemission aus dem angeregten Objekte wird dann durch eine faseroptische Faceplate oder ein Kegel gesammelt und zu einem optoelektronischen Sensor-Array wie eine Charge-Coupled-Device (CCD) geliefert.
