프로토콜

이 프로토콜은 국가 동물 실험 통제 위원회(Concea)와 동물 윤리 및 사용 위원회(CEUA)의 승인에 따라 수행되었습니다. C57BL/6 마우스는 브라질 벨루오리존치에 있는 미나스 제라이스 연방대학교(UFMG)의 Biotério Central에서 구입하였다. 실험실 가운, 장갑 및 눈 보호구와 같은 개인 보호 장비(PPE)는 이 프로토콜에 설명된 모든 단계에서 사용해야 합니다.
