Method Article
该协议概述了一种从大鼠骨骼肌中分离纤维脂肪源性祖细胞(FAPs)和肌源性祖细胞(MPs)的方法。在肌肉损伤模型中利用大鼠为分析提供了来自萎缩肌的组织可用性的增加,以及用于评估自由移动动物的肌肉力量和步态的更多经过验证的方法。
