심인성 쇼크는 심각한 심장 기능 장애로 인한 말단 장기 관류 감소를 특징으로 하는 임상 상태입니다. 심인성 쇼크의 가장 널리 받아들여지는 정의는 심인성 쇼크 임상시험(SHOCK)1 및 심인성 쇼크를 동반한 심근경색에 대한 대동맥내 풍선 지원(IABP-SHOCK-II) 임상시험2 에 대해 폐색된 관상동맥을 신속하게 복원해야 하는지 2를 기반으로 하며 다음 매개변수를 포함합니다.

IABP의 주요 징후는 심인성 쇼크(AMI 및 허혈성 및 비허혈성 심근병증, 심근염과 같은 기타 원인으로 인한), 심실 중격 결손 또는 중증 승모판 역류와 같은 AMI의 기계적 합병증, 고위험 경피적 관상동맥 중재술 중 기계적 지원11, 중증 CAD 환자의 관상동맥 우회술의 다리, 심폐 우회술을 끊을 수 없음, 결정 또는 다음과 같은 고급 요법의 다리 좌심실 보조 장치 (LVAD) 또는 말기 심부전의 심장 이식12,13,14,15. IABP 사용에 대한 금기 사항에는 역맥동으로 악화될 수 있는 중등도 또는 중증 대동맥 역류, 최적의 동맥 접근 및 장치 배치를 방해하는 심각한 말초 혈관 질환 및 해부12,15와 같은 대동맥 병리가 포함됩니다.
IABP 장치는 장치를 제어하는 콘솔과 풍선이있는 혈관 카테터로 구성됩니다.
콘솔에는 다음 네 가지 구성 요소가 포함되어 있습니다.
